About Moling Experts

Moling Experts are specialist underground utility contractors providing moling, trenchless digging, directional drilling, water pipe repairs, water supply pipe replacement, leak detection and underground service installation across the South of the UK.

Our work is focused on practical, efficient and low-disruption solutions. Many underground projects do not need large open trenches across driveways, gardens, roads, landscaped areas or finished surfaces. Where the site conditions are suitable, we use trenchless methods to install, repair or replace underground services with reduced excavation and less reinstatement.

We work with homeowners, landlords, builders, developers, commercial clients, utility contractors and site managers, offering clear advice and practical solutions for a wide range of underground pipe, duct and cable requirements.

A key part of what we do is reducing disruption wherever possible. Traditional excavation can be messy, time-consuming and costly to reinstate, especially when underground services run beneath hardstanding, lawns, gardens, patios, roads or landscaped areas.

Trenchless methods can often provide a cleaner and more efficient alternative. Instead of opening a full trench along the entire route, we can create a controlled underground pathway using specialist equipment. This can allow pipework, ducts, cables or new service lines to be installed with smaller entry and exit points.

Not every project is suitable for trenchless installation, but when it is, the benefits can be significant: less mess, less spoil, less surface damage and a more efficient route to completion.
